  • Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Delays

Please note that logistical disruptions such as Canada Post strikes, weather conditions, or peak seasons may impact delivery timelines. Annoré Candle Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Email us at info@annorecandles.ca

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

We are unable to process claims submitted after 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

General Policies

Handmade Products

All our candles are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal and make each candle unique.

Candle Safety

For your safety, please follow these guidelines:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Keep candles away from children and pets
  • Always place candles on a heat-resistant surface
  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn
  • Do not burn candles for more than 3–4 hours at a time
