Due to the handmade nature of our candles, all sales are final.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Email us at info@annorecandles.ca
Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.
We are unable to process claims submitted after 48 hours.
